Reading this post i have many questions but either way, Royal Soverigns from GAF are not the cheapest 3 tabs. THey are prob the best 25 year you can buy. You can see the plywood because the wood is not fasten correctly. I see this bout 2 3 times a week and if in a cold climate it will raise and lower with temp. Secondly i put 1 vent in for 150 bucks cost me 5, It is the time to go out there, see what is needed , go get the correct materials, do the job by then 175 is cheap when you look at 75 an hour. Not to stick up for this guy but 95% of homeowners insurance has workmans comp on it. Read you policy mine has it. Yes i am a licenced and insured contractor also. You seem to bash alot of people but welli have seen this before and to tell you the truth for that many people to have ripped you of it sound like you had a spot in this yourself. I think you should tell both sides of the story. Or stop bashing people this is not a bashing site they have a rip off site for that.

I am trying to restrain my client from having charges of tresspass and will full destruction to property against you after your liitle episode of sign cuttin on the job the other day as well as threats of violence in front of 7 Alpine witnesses and the home owner. May be her lawyer should contact you along with law enforcement. dont you have enough balls to do it youreself you need your little boy to do your dirty work for you...

Even if this did happen (who beleives a libeler anyways) why would you post it here?

I think guy is a phony. You know...proably the "poor me" type. Would make a good democratic constituent.
