well,they[the cops] pulled her over and she got arested for a dui ....funny thing is that she nor I drinkor get high anymore,,they ran the usual tests .. first they say she failed the field test, i dont know balance, backword abcs.. so basicaly than the cop arested her for the dui and she took the breath test, passed it twice.. than there were a few other tests Im not sure what they were but also took a urine sample... well since the only drugs that she takes are persribed by a doctor, she will pass that test also...still they had her in jail for almost 4 hours,, also they impounded the truck, not mine her suv... they said oh ya you will be able to get it out in 24 hours, well thats not true ,,,monday! mfers are messing with her now.. ofcourse there were 5 tickets,, one being reckless,,, anybody know anything about this,,, ? so if they were following her because maybe she went over the white line a bit,.,, what can they do if she passes all the dui tests? we are still going to be out the 200.00 for the dam tow and storage... but if she is found not guilty and she is,,, is there a chance we can get the tow money back? I mean I think that they were def messing with her..i think its hurasment... .. live in nj monroe township.... comment if you want...later...

Sounds to me like moving would be a good idea. You will not get around these types of actions. I laywer will only cost money that you would use if you bail her out with. Understand me. Fighting city hall is a no no. IMO there are more things that have happened to get it to this point. Cops just dont do those things unless you are a known repeat offender. And if you are they have the rights not you. I have been thru it so i do know. If you behave it will all go away. Case will be trown out of court if you blew .000 on the meter. Lawyer not needed. If you sue them. LOL better leave the state. IF you think it is bad now just wait if u sue them.

these are the same cops that kicked our door in, not the same cops but the same town.. I watched the cop kick it.. maybe if we new for a fact that this will all go away but wer all know life just doesent work that way .. what would you do? if they were angruly advansing towards your wife? let them just take her ? ruff her up? And after they busted in , that was it for me.. ya I got in there wayand will do it again if I have to.. we will probly move but not untill the house is ready for sale..... but we wanted to move anyway just not yet...by the way , the one cop who was trying to stop me from protecting my lady and my home, also gave me a nice death thret.. he said if you dont stop moving, you are dead! cool ! dont worry how ever i pleed at court, the truth will be told... and i am telling you , we did not do anything untill they busted in our home... little verble but we were on our property... anyway, the truck is impounded and the whole sitc, is not good... I say if we go to court and plead guilty,, bad things will happen, because we are not guilty, they pushed and broke the law when they busted in..... you can not arest someone for a here say vilation ,,oh,,,the truth is ,,,Im worried , for her... I will keep you posted . we still have to meet with our laweyrs...I hope they drop the charges, but she may still want to push them for wrongly acusing her ...[Its a mess!!!

When the block gets hot dont stop move shop find another block and take it from the top. That's how Nelly put it. It's really good advice. No point in continuing to have trouble with them. There are plenty places to go where it won't be like that. May as well find that place and go there. Good Luck to ya hope it all works out for you. Really bad thing to happen to a person.

Don't plead guilty, Plead no Contest or Guilty with reason if you think guilty. I would plead Not Guilty though. If it was me I would request a change of venue due to bias of the court and go to courth over it somewhere else. Don't make any statements keep your mouths closed both of you cause you could just make it worse by talking. They are probably going to try to get assault on an officer out of it thats big trouble get a lawyer while you still can. It might be a good idea to press charges against them for the things they did. Might have a better chance.
(My mom is a bail bonds man thats how I know not cause I break the law )
