--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

ok,, just a general idea of how much per sq for walkable and jackers in the south jersey area,,,and this is for labor only,,,rancher would be 40-50 per sq and capecod jacker two storys high would be 55- 75 per sq......thats the kind of answer I was looking for,but i am just geussing ,, there are 4 small barell shaped dormers that will be done in copper ,should i say yes I have a pic of the house but anyway,I just needed to know what the rates are per sq. and there has to be some kind of scale for this. You wouldent need a detailed est. to answer that...but I do understand without seeing the job, its hard to say,, and thats why i said just a general Idea.Of course one would pay more if the roof had to be planked and the roofers had to wear safty harneses to work safly, but no one does, cant work fast enough right ! so I need to find another sight that will help me with my estimating dilema, if no one will help with the pricing, how about another web sight that will? but thanks anyway...

Well pricing will vary from city to city. Kinda look at it like this Beverley Hills, CA to South Central. Labor a giude line is 65 walkable up to 6/12 and goes up from there. I pay 75 but like i said prices will differ from location to location. Jack jobs depending on layers but a good giudeline is 85-105. Far as materials i think you got that. Dont forget to make some money for yourself cause you dont work for free do yea?

Dude, why are you looking for external pricing guidelines? Price it to make the money you want to make...the 'going rate" is the quickest way to bankruptcy. There is no magic number, no set scale.
