Tar Sealer On Flat Roof

I have a cabin that has a flat tar roof. It is in pretty good shape with no leaks. I would like to get a ball park figure on what it would cost to have somebody put down a coat of sealer. I was thinking of the kind you can get at menards or home depot etc. etc.
It shouldn't cost much but I wanted to have somewhat of a figure in mind when I get bids just for comparison.
This is in Minnesota and the dimentions are approximately 50' x 20'.
Any ball park figure would be much appreciated.
I've even thought of trying to do this myself but have never done it before. I'll see what the bids are then decide from there.
Thanks in advance.
