hey guys this happen this week were i live check out the news:

but knowing some of this guys i know they will be back $1000 just seem to cheap i spend that in a gas compressor,but at least something is beign done.

A few years back I drove through Chula Vista on my way to Mexico. On a Sunday afternoon I recall driving up to a bank to use the ATM machine to see garbage all over the bank parking lot, I knew we were close to the border!
Chula Vista should set an example and this should be done in cities all over the nation.

Pride, how bad is it over on your side of Michigan? I got a buddy in Warren and he said it is awful for the legit roofing company to make any money over there, he isn't doing very well.
Here on the west side it is unbelievable, there are more illegal companies, no insurance, no licenses, no WC, nothing. They are taking up all the jobs. As I drive down the streets, I can't believe the guys out there roofing. 3-4 guys on a roof, one guy running a gun, one guy handing him shingles one at a time, one guy on the ground and one guy sitting in the old car that they drove to the jobsite. These guys aren't roofers, they are out of work factory workers, unemployed truck drivers, teachers, you name it, everybody is putting on roofs around here EXCEPT roofers.
These customers don't care about quality, or any other thing that makes a roofing company work, they only care about PRICE!!!! They don't read the estimate, they don't look at all the different specs, they go straight for the price. And when they other guy comes in 2-3-4 thousand less than you, do you blame them?

Well price is the name o the game here. Unless im agressive i dont sell. I gave up on trying to convince. I bring lots o ammo and a big stick.
