The price and quality of a roof are somewhat related.
Do either of you argueing experts have examples of your work to show us, so we know who we are supposed to believe in these debates ?

I think both are right. Every business has a different way of doing, plus the needs and cost of each business may and will differ. I know that the futher north you go the more things are gonna cost. I could never get the prices here that you get up north and maybe in some parts of this large and vast country. I could not make it on roofing alone because of what the competitive market is here however we need to watch what we say here because like it or not our customers and potential customers are coming here and reading these post. Here where I live the top prices for an O & O is gonna run around $140.00 for mats and labor plus landfill charge and any unseen problems that are unforseen. Anything more and we would not work, But thats here not in Il., Oh., Cali.,and so on but we all need to be respectful to our fellow patrons we may need each other one day.............GOD bless and goodluck ..............JRFleming

I HAVE POSTED PICS OF MY WORK MANY TIMES, dENNIS.
Also, as I see it, there is no arguement to be had, nor was there ever one. You simply cannot tell possibly clients in my area that they are geting ripped off if you live 1500 miles away. It is bad for business. Everyone's business. I wouldnt tell anyone that I think the other guy is working for peanuts and will be foldeed up and gone in a year because they know nothing of profit....that would poteltially hurt his business. Hypothetically, of course.

I agree Master.
IMO the only customer that gets ripped off is the one that gets a lousy job at any price.
